The Board of Directors has contracted to have all Palms within the development including common area and homeowner lots, to be trimmed starting on AUGUST 2, 2010. The work will begin next Monday and continue daily until completion weather permitting, with NO WORK ON SUNDAY.  

All residents are advised to have vehicles removed from the driveway to avoid damage caused to them from falling branches. It is recommended to park all vehicles in the garage if possible during the day over the next couple of weeks.

NOTE: HOMEOWNERS THAT HAVE PURCHASED THEIR OWN PALM TREES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRIMMING. (ROEBELENII'S WILL NOT BE TRIMMED AND NOT A PART OF THIS CONTRACT)
